Leeanne Yearling is a Registered Nurse & Program Director of NeuroRehab Care, Waterloo Iowa where she was born and raised. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix & has 16 years of experience in the field of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Her professional work history includes caring for brain & spinal cord injury patients, chronic pain management, & spasticity treatment with Botox injections & intrathecal Baclofen pumps. She is passionate about helping others in any way possible & encouraging others around her to do so as well. In her spare time Leeanne enjoys spending time with her husband Brad, daughter Bella & sons Brandon & Jacob.
Dana McKinney
Dana McKinney has been a licensed speech-language pathologist for over 16 years. She has worked in a
variety of settings including acute care, inpatient/outpatient rehab, and home health. In all settings she
has combined her knowledge of brain injury with her passion for interdisciplinary development and
education. Dana is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer who has presented at the Brain Injury
Association of Louisiana conference. She is LSVT LOUD certified and VitalStim+ certified. She received a
Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Nicholls State University and a Master of Science
in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Dr. Linda Barbour
Dr. Linda Barbour has recently joined the medical staff at Neuro Rehab Care as their Chief Medical Officer! She is board certified in physiatry with a particular interest in helping patients who’ve experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury, burns or other traumas regain function and return to the community. She is also a Certified Life Care Planner with expertise in establishing what care and support will be needed over one’s lifetime.
