Megan Hall brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and strong brain injury background in occupational therapy to her role as the Program Director at Neuro RehabCare. With a lifelong passion for helping individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries live meaningful, purpose-driven lives, she blends her clinical knowledge with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to compassionate care.
Before joining Neuro RehabCare, Megan served many years in hospital executive leadership in the Kansas City market where she led teams through growth, culture transformation, and mission-driven success. Stepping into this role allows her to unite her love for people with her expertise in program development, team building, and community engagement — helping both clients and staff realize their full potential.
Megan has seen that life can change in an instant from a catastrophic injury or accident, but believes it doesn’t mean your purpose ends. To her, it means it’s time for challenging and rewarding new beginnings. Her calling is to show others that hope, meaning, and purpose are always possible, no matter the obstacles.
