Alexandra Hoefer is the Program Director at NEURO RehabCare of Waterloo. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Concepts from the University of Northern Iowa. She began at NEURO Rehabcare in 2023 as a Direct Support Professional, then took on the role of Mental Health Professional before transitioning to her current role. Her favorite part of this role is the relationships that she develops with clients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling!
