Dr. Devon Turnbull is a highly accomplished physical therapist and healthcare entrepreneur based in Phoenix, Arizona. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and certification as a Brain Injury Specialist, Devon brings extensive expertise in neurological rehabilitation, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team management. 

As the Program Director at NEURO Rehabcare of Scottsdale, Devon leads the neuro-rehabilitation therapy program, ensuring that individuals recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries receive comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her dedication to evidence-based interventions, functional training, and community reintegration empowers clients to regain independence and enhance their quality of life.
